Nice they're open 24/7 and decent equipment... Never overly crowded and the people are polite
One of the worst anytime fitness location I have been to. Toilet is not clean, trash on floor, overall environment looks aged.
honestly used to really love the gym but the quality and service has gone down in the last year. i signed with them back in november of 2023. the bathrooms are always disgusting, the water filter hasn’t been changed the entire time i’ve been there. it’s 74° in there on 80° days and i find that i’ve only seen the owner once or twice since i started and ended my membership. really bummed about the quality that has gone down
Very poor customer service. Never answer their phones even when they are at the location. And NEVER respond to any voicemails you may leave. I once tested it out when I was in the gym with my fiancée, I noticed there was staff sitting on their phones and so I called them to see if they’d answer. Nope just let it ring the whole time. Their machines are very run down. The treadmills alone are soooo noisy when you are using them.
