It was a terrible decision to use this gym. Never able to contact the staff. The equipment is falling apart. They stated they canceled my membership but continued to charge me for months. I went to the office and they said they canceled it. They didn’t, I kept getting charged even after that. I had to change my bank card to stop them from charging me then they sent me to collections after I won a dispute over the money they had been overcharging me for. Terrible business and unprofessional service.

I like this place because it’s not packed like other places but they don’t keep up on anything. The staff is rude and act like you bug even tho they never answer the phone. 3 treadmill machines have issues and they are old. With what I pay it should be better equipped. Planet fitness has new equipment so I might have to switch. And oh yea their water filter needs to be changed for months.
