I’ve had a great experience at this gym so far. It’s clean, quiet, and well taken care of, which makes it a really comfortable place to work out. Everyone I’ve met has been friendly, and the overall environment feels welcoming. Stephen was also really great during check in and made everything easy from the start. I’m really happy I chose this gym and would definitely recommend it!
So far the only any time fitness that lacks the basic customer service, the lack of knowledge of the services that are offered, they never pick up the phone or call back . By far the worst franchise gym.
Horrible place to deal with. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM, or any anytime fitness locations. Zero stars. Here's a picture of the contract they provide on their online portal, an obvious joke.
I moved to Box Elder from Georgia in January 2026. I was looking for a gym and thought anytime fitness since it’s literally everywhere. But baby these reviews are alarming. I’m not sane enough to endure any of these conditions that are mentioned. Get it together Anytime Fitness! Reviews matter! Your members matter and they are being heard here. Because of these reviews I will not be looking to join your team.
This is one of those gyms that started really nice, but is going to the pits real fast. I’ve only lived in Rapid City since April of 2025. Ive been coming here regularly ever since. I really thought this gym was nice in the beginning. The regulars are super friendly and it’s a nice environment! However, there have been many concerns since my first day.
