Recently move from the area and don’t have an anytime fitness near me anymore. I’ve been trying to cancel my membership since march. I’ve sent all the documents they asked for to show proof of new address and they told me they were sending it up to start the process. Since then they won’t answer my phone calls or call me back I’ve left numerous voicemails.

This establishment is disappointing. Showed up during posted office hours and staff was not present. Contacted staff same day and made appointment for July 1st at 1130. Staff was not present at establishment for scheduled appointment. I feel as though I am purposely getting a run around so that they can continue to take money from my account. Disappointed in the establishment. Not clean. Multiple damage spots that remain damaged and no attempts to fix. Lack of weight equipment.

I’ve had a great experience at this gym so far. It’s clean, quiet, and well taken care of, which makes it a really comfortable place to work out. Everyone I’ve met has been friendly, and the overall environment feels welcoming. Stephen was also really great during check in and made everything easy from the start. I’m really happy I chose this gym and would definitely recommend it!
