Good gym but it's very dirty. Bathrooms are always trashed and paper towel dispensers are empty and/or barely hanging onto the wall. Garbage cans throughout the gym are always overflowing, water fountain filter is broken, and there's a thick layer of dust/hair on all machines, especially the treadmills. It's been this way consistently the entire past year I've gone here.
I’ve tried calling and am never able to get through to anybody. So I’ve left voicemails, still no calls or emails back. Won’t let me cancel my subscription. Getting pretty annoying at this point.
Perfect and clean
There are kids running around unattended almost every time I’ve gone. I understand parents don’t always have the ability to go to the gym without their kids but they need to be watching them. This gym is busy I’ve only been 1 or 2 times when there were a handful of people there. Machine wait times are already long and it’s very inconvenient to have to figure out who’s kid is on the machine you need so you can use it.
