Good place to go , fairly inexpensive , a lot of good equipment , friendly staff , clean lots of locations in reno
10 month member. Great midtown location offers 10 minute walk from home. The manager, Nate, is very conscientious: consistently visible during business hours, keeps the club clean, responds to member questions, quickly responds to member concerns, and takes the time to have conversations with members.
This is the best gym I have been to. Very clean and the manager takes great care of it.
I wanted to quickly share a review. Unfortunately, I don't use the gym membership and finally got around to requesting the membership to be cancelled. I emailed the club and recieved a response probably within ten minutes from the general manager, acknowledging the request. Within the hour I received another emailed processing the request. Again, I haven't been to the gym in a while over two years. However, the prompt response from the management was a pleasant surprise. Thank you for the outstanding customer service.
It’s summer and the building management has not turned on the AC? It’s warmer in the gym in the morning than it is outside.
