Very disappointed with my experience at Anytime Fitness. I simply came in trying to get a guest pass so I could work out and see if I liked the gym, but the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional from the start. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, they acted annoyed and made the whole interaction uncomfortable. Customer service goes a long way, especially in a gym environment where people are just trying to better themselves. Y’all seriously need to do better.
