$52.50 a month to not be able to tan at multiple locations also doesn’t want to deal with people who have mental health issues and think it’s okay to let clients be under the impression that they can go anywhere and be able to use it. With that month price every month we should be able to to use multiple locations. The owner doesn’t want to work with me when I told him 2 weeks ago I wanted to cancel! He does contracts as well! I will be removing everything from this location! Terrible service on all levels!
We worked with Marc, the new owner, and after listening and finding out that we had moved, he was very quick to work with us on a better plan for our membership. We wish Marc the best and will certainly be back when in Indiana!
