Love it and it is anytime 24/7 never crowded
If you haven't experienced anytime Fitness in Franklin, you have missed customer care the way it should be! My 82 yr mother needed an alternative to her physical therapy sessions and was very intimidated by joining a gym. Jesse was super in every way! She eased mom's fears and took the time to make her feel welcome and at home. If I could leave 0 stars I would. We showed up to our appointment time and nobody was there. We couldn’t get in the door, and nobody answered the phone. We talked to somebody as we left and they had a similar experience. That would explain why there was only one person in there.
This is a great club. All the equipment you need, good space, and it’s clean each time I’ve been here. Great for leg day, the leg press is great, the leg curl and leg extension machines are great too. Definitely enjoy going to this location.
I like that it’s a smaller gym that isn’t very busy.
