Terrible experience from start to finish. The facility itself is fine, but the management made canceling a membership nearly impossible. Multiple attempts went unanswered, and it dragged on for years until corporate had to get involved. Communication was poor, and staff seemed unwilling or unable to help resolve simple account issues. For a gym that’s supposed to be convenient and member-focused, the lack of accountability here was beyond frustrating. Don’t recommend this place, they’ll take your money even after you send proof of moving!!!
I do not recommend! Go somewhere else!
Worst gym ever don’t recommend at all! If you move they still make you pay 90 dollars just to cancel. And they make you write a written request of why you should have your membership cancelled??? I sent them proof that I moved and it’s not good enough.
