They dont answer my calls or return my voice mails. Custer service line is no help. Ive tried to cancel multiple times and I can't do anything about it.
Hello, I submitted an email earlier today to cancel my membership that only began 07/12/25. I found out 13 days later that I need a total knee replacement according to my consultation work Physical Therapy. I’ve already paid $80 the day I joined, I’m not paying for services that were never rendered. When I called the customer service number I was told to contact the actual location I go to because billing for this company is a 3rd party merchant.
Great gym! There is plenty of clean equipment and space to work out. This had 4 bathrooms, I believe, and a changing run as well. I parked my semi at Walmart .5 away until after hours. Thanks AF
