This gym is awesome. The staff are helpful, helping me through my fitness journey with great tone and knowledge. The facility is well maintained and has everything i need. I wish my old gym had closed sooner, I didn't know what I was missing. 6/5 stars!!!

A beautiful facility! The owner was onsite when we visited. A wonderful find for a gym goer. He was very helpful and all about healthspan. So easy to get the ball rolling towards feeling better every day here. Thank you so much for building this beautiful gym!

Has everything I need at the moment. The adjustable benches are nice. Dumbells up to 100's. Bars for skull crushers or curls. Adjustable Cables for flys, pull downs, etc. Adjustable pec deck. Cables for lat pull downs, seated pulls. Racks for squats/ deadlifts. Looked like a hamstring machine and leg curl. My previous gym closed this week, glad I was able to sign up fast. I signed up Sunday night, emailed my ID Monday morning and was able to scan in with my phone a couple hours later.

very democratic gym, owner is very rude and disrespectful, if you do not have the same views as him. The bathrooms are falling apart, handles are broke on showers, they do not take care of there parking lot during winter time, causing people to slip as no salt is used. we are entering a civil suit with Dave pertaining to his actions. he will also have 30 days to take down any photos that I have taken that we have of the gym before we enter into copyright infringement lawsuit as well.
