I wish to give a shout out to the trainers at Anytime Fitness Sussex; my personal trainer Nate, my Silver&Fit class trainers Sarah and Gabriel. As I new member, I was looking for knowledge and guidance. My expectations were not only met in my 1 on 1 workouts with Nate but, unexpectedly, in the class environment with Sarah and Gabriel. Both made me feel very comfortable as a new member and, their attention is on each individual to provide the appropriate guidance. Thank you all!

I joined Anytime Fitness Sussex in 2019 and can honestly say it’s been life changing for me. The atmosphere is welcoming and the gym is always clean. Since joining, I’ve achieved some amazing results and built healthier habits that have completely changed my lifestyle.

Not the same gym anymore, Anytime Fitness in Sussex has changed and began to feel like a cheap gym chain. High turnover in staff along with increased prices and little equipment changes. Do your due diligence before signing a contract.

The staff were kind and welcoming. Their Knowledge that they shared with me on what to expect and what my goals will be and how they will help me achieve them. They made me feel very comfortable and relaxed

This is my favorite place to work out! The team is sharp and knowledgeable, I enjoy the nearly endless equipment options available to me.
