This is a nice place for me to workout. I’m 72 years old and do treadmill and light weight workouts. The place is clean and I seldom wait for a machine. It has a nice selection and a good layout. The people that work there are always friendly.
Newly renovated, one of the cleaner anytime fitness locations in the state as ive been to many around the state of Wisconsin. Red light therapy is ideal. Restrooms stay pretty clean as well. I find that cleanliness is a make or break for gyms these days and they appear to try and keep it pretty clean as of 10/11/25. There are several anytime fitness locations around the state that I avoid due to equiptment not being upkept, bathrooms cleaned or simple issues not being addressed. This one in Sussex is top 3 in my opinion
