Best gym ever!
Gym has moved down the street and now is the best gym in central Oregon
24 hours gym
Just come and lift heavy things. Do it properly. Get a coach. You have no excuses. Do it. Also eat less junk and more protein.
Way too small and cramped. Half the stuff isn’t usable due to space and you have to literally stop your reps to let someone walk through. Avoid.
Don’t let the lil janky strip mall fool you. The is a pretty good gym with updates cardio equipment.
