I tried calling, emailing, and sending text messages during office hours, but no one responded. My membership agreement ended a month ago, I'm still being charged.

$50 for a gym that doesnt even have lockers you can use your own lock on. I got locked out my "cabinet" for 30 minutes when the key wouldnt turn bc its soo worn down. There was literally NOTHING to show to contact ANYBODY. I almost had to use the 911 emergency phone to contact anyone to get my keys and wallet. I canceled my membership. Canceling this membership is a joke. You have to do it "in person" and im pretty sure thats a law or soon to be a law that you can't do that anymore. Horrible staff, will scam you every chance they get. The management / franchise owner will ignore your request to cancel. I provided medical docs in person to cancel and they put it on a 30 day hold instead after confirming cancellation then charged a few more payments before I finally stopped payment via my bank. When I asked why, they conveniently claimed that the employee who put me on hold “by mistake” no longer works here. I’ve emailed and left messages countless times and they ignore because they want to rack up the ch... read more
