This gym has an excellent trainer and decent equipment for great workouts. I regularly do group training and it has been fantastic. Ask for Elijah!
It’s an okay gym. It’ll get the job done if you’re just there to work out. But if you care about the quality of your workout, this isn’t the place. The free weights (the plates specifically) are ALWAYS left around and misplaced, and it feels like I have to go on a hunt to find 1 of 2 2.5lb plates that are scattered around the gym. And the next thing is the temperature. This gym is almost ALWAYS going to be hotter and more humid than other normal commercial gyms. Why? Who the hell knows.
