Elijah is one of the best trainers out there. I'm up 13 pounds and I love it! Thank you, Elijah, for everything!
Management is nice but this location desperately needs a hip thrust machine and abductor machine. Unfortunately stopped going to this location for that reason. What a waste.
Keep Mike and Elijah around, best team I've seen at the gym over the last few years. If they leave this review drops stars. Not even like 2 months after this review Mike left. Clearly the owner doesn't care enough about their best staff to try and keep them around.
Excellent gym with modern machines and a clean, well-organized space. The staff is friendly and supportive, and the trainers are always helpful. It’s a motivating environment for regular workouts and achieving fitness goals. I’m very happy with the overall experience and highly recommend it. 💪
