My experience with this gym was fabulous! The manager is such a sweet girl, answering all my questions and even showing me how to use the equipment I was not familiar with. Jess is the best and I highly recommend this gym for everyone!
Highly recommend personal training to the middle age folks. It will help you to stay focused and not hurt yourself. All you that are not middle age, enjoy the ride. Tick-tock, tick-toc….

My wife and I are from California and were staying in Sparks, Nevada for a few days. We needed a good workout and noticed this gym nearby. We were greeted by Gus, who works there—great guy. He made us feel welcome and allowed us to get in a solid workout during our stay.
