Great place!
Dealing with injury and weight loss struggles, Haley has always been there for me and pushed me to be better than I think I can. She designs workout just for me while I dealing with a severe shoulder injury. She challenges me to believe in myself and see I can do the hard things. She celebrates every goal I achieve. She is the absolute best. Ask for Haley at AF Stewartville. If you need a fun work out buddy and someone that will push you to your absolute limit ask for Jake at AF Stewartville.
This place is great. I love working out here. its very clean, has friendly staff members, has friendly people that workout here, and the equipment is nice.
What a cool gym. As soon as I walked in, it felt like a good place to be. Its high ceiling open room space, was well used. It wasn't until later I discovered two more smaller but well equipped fitness rooms. I was suprised to see no isolated back, or chest machines, besides the standard AF ones. Nice gym! Jason
