I’ve been a member here for a year or more. Been working out in gyms around Rochester for 35 years. Overall good gym. Love the convenience of the location. People are always friendly. Staff has done a much better job with the water filters for the drinking fountain lately. Great selection of free weights. Machines are somewhat limited. My one complaint is towels and wipes service. Wipes are always out in the main gym and customers have to go into the storage room and open boxes. Towels are apparently only available in the ea... read more

Dealing with injury and weight loss struggles, Haley has always been there for me and pushed me to be better than I think I can. She designs workout just for me while I dealing with a severe shoulder injury. She challenges me to believe in myself and see I can do the hard things. She celebrates every goal I achieve. This place is great. I love working out here. its very clean, has friendly staff members, has friendly people that workout here, and the equipment is nice.
