Over the course of 2 days, I reached out through their contact form on their website and called a total of 5 times. No one ever picked up (during staffed hours), there was no answering machine, and no one ever responded to my contact form reach outs. Its like this place doesn't exist, except it does, which only leads to one conclusion (completely absent customer service and lost business).

I was in the area and needed a gym for a few weeks. The facilities are adequate, clean and not crowded. The owner/operator was very helpful and great to work with. I had to make several changes to my scheduling and there was never an issue. Very professional!
