GOOD LUCK TRYING TO CXL YOUR MEMBERSHIP! I TRIED TO REACH THE MANAGER IN EARLY MAY W/ NO RETURN CALLS SO I FINALLY LEFT A NOTE UNDER HER DOOR. SHE WOULD NOT ANSWER PHONE BUT RESPONDED TO TXT LETTING ME KNOW SHE DID GET MY NOTE & IT WOULD GO INTO EFFECT 6/27 & THAT MGR WAS FIRED. TALKED TO NATASHA THE AREA MGR & SHE ASSURED ME SHE WOULD GET IT TAKEN CARE OF, THEN SHE WAS FIRED. THE NEW MGR SHARON TRIED TO HELP ME. SHE WAS ABLE TO FINALLY GET THEM TO QUIT TAKING $ OUT. DO NOT Get a membership here. Avoid at all costs. I cancelled my membership not too long ago, yet they are claiming that I didn't, and still charging me. Every time I call, it goes straight to voice mail, no one answers. They say staffing hours are 10am to 7pm yet no one's there during those times.
