Avoid at all costs. There is never a person working at the location. It’s nearly impossible to get a person to call or meet with anyone at this facility. The business never has a staff member present, we moved and I went into the gym to cancel my membership. To find out the manager no longer works there. Since then we have moved and I can’t get a single person to return my calls. Staff is never in the office. I've had billing issues with my son's membership for months. He and I have stopped by the facility on six different occassions since we moved. No one who is on premise is versed enough to assist and the manager is NEVER onsite. Oh, facility is run down and dirty as well.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLUB. I am in the Navy and have been trying to cancel my membership since early March. It got to the point to where i have PCSd and they sent me an email stating it was canceled when indeed it was not. They now will not respond to emails or answer the phone. ABC fitness is who handles billing will not do anything because the club requires in person cancellation. This club is running a scam making it impossible to cancel their membership.

Place is terribly run. Cancelled 2 months ago, and still being hassled by corporate for late payments. They never answer the phone at the gym, and the mailbox is always full, so you can't leave a message.
