This club is so run down and not maintained well yet they keep raising the prices. TVs don't work. Restrooms are traumatizing. Also they make it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel a membership. Good luck getting ahold of anyone to help. Avoid Avoid Avoid. Wish I could give this negative stars.

Anytime Fitness Heath is a joke. I canceled my membership on July 7th with a doctor’s note, emailed and showed in person. Winta and Natasha both guaranteed me it was canceled, yet they’ve kept charging me month after month. Winta and Natasha (when they even bother to be there) never answers the phone, never follows through, and keeps making fake promises about canceling. On top of that, the gym is always dirty and the machines are broken. Anytime Fitness is dishonest, unprofessional, and a complete scam. Stay far away.

Avoid at all costs. There is never a person working at the location. It’s nearly impossible to get a person to call or meet with anyone at this facility. The business never has a staff member present, we moved and I went into the gym to cancel my membership. To find out the manager no longer works there. Since then we have moved and I can’t get a single person to return my calls. Staff is never in the office. I've had billing issues with my son's membership for months. He and I have stopped by the facility on six different occassions since we moved. No one who is on premise is versed enough to assist and the manager is NEVER onsite. Oh, facility is run down and dirty as well.
