We have been trying to cancel our membership for months since we will be out of town during April when it is up for renewal. We even made an appointment and the lady didn’t show. We go during the posted hours and she isn’t there. I call during the posted hours and no one answers. I leave voicemails and so far haven’t received a call back. This gym was decent when I started going here a few years ago, but something has seriously changed—whether it’s new ownership or management, I’m not sure, but it’s been run into the ground. First, they inexplicably removed the TVs from the treadmills, so now you’re stuck staring at a wall while doing cardio. On top of that, they got rid of the audio system, so there’s no music playing in the gym. The atmosphere is dead, making workouts feel even more like a chore. The facility itself is disgusting. It’s been months trying to cancel and no response. Absolutely terrible gym. This place doesn’t respond to emails. Getting charged $66 a month while trying to cancel is horrible.
