I worked with Frank for about 4–5 weeks, and the transformation I experienced in that short time was incredible. I went from being completely out of shape to feeling stronger and in to running shape. Frank was knowledgeable, motivating, and really pushed me to stay consistent and give my best effort every session. Worst staff I have ever met . Not helpful at all . Loved anytime until I been to this one . Made me cancel my membership. I was told the only way that you can cancel your membership from her if you signed a new contract is if your disabled. Let Alone my girlfriend just had surgery. She had a dr's note saying she can't workout and they said that all she needed. Then we turn in the note and they tell me she has to be disabled

Extremely dissatisfied with my experience here. Please read the full story. For respect of the employees working here, I will not provide names. I started my gym membership here because my friends started going and it was close to home. They charge $20 every 2 weeks and charge gym maintenance fees every few months (I think it was every quarter). That’s $40 + fees per month. This should have been a red flag considering Some of the top gyms (such as LA Fitness) charges half of that price for the same experience. Planet Fitness... read more
