Shout out to Coach Rebekah! Im a 10 year AF member, have visited numerous AF's in the Midwest, and Minooka AF is my home gym. This location is top tier in space, cleanliness, and atmosphere. Much of this credit goes to Coach Rebekah, as she and her co-workers ACTUALLY CARE about their job! Its refreshing and motivating to see coaches practice what they preach, talking the talk and walking the walk.
