Shout out to Coach Rebekah! Im a 10 year AF member, have visited numerous AF's in the Midwest, and Minooka AF is my home gym. This location is top tier in space, cleanliness, and atmosphere. Much of this credit goes to Coach Rebekah, as she and her co-workers ACTUALLY CARE about their job! Its refreshing and motivating to see coaches practice what they preach, talking the talk and walking the walk. Megan is always so welcoming. She’s a true rockstar! This gym is very clean and not to crowded.
Quiet gym that has the basic equipment. Affordable and friendly staff, Plenty of parking. Good place to work out
Clean, plenty of free weights, machines are always in good working order. Staff are friendly and helpful, except they made me participate in Murph Monday (on a Saturday)
