I have had nothing but a good experience here. Yes, you sign a contract, but it states very clearly what their guidelines are. If you have questions, ask before you sign and that goes with any contract you're signing.
My account was cancelled a few weeks ago. They hound your phone for payments, send emails, and are too in your business to be doing business for a measley $60.00 a month. They are still actively trying to debit from my bank account. Bad Business. Do NOT RECOMMEND.
My favorite gym of all time! Love it here!
