I have tried contacting the Milton plant 30-40 times over the last 5+ years being a membership and have gotten one call back and no one ever answers. I feel bad for the people that do call trying to change their life and get nothing back. Janesville plant answers almost everytime and if they do not they call back right away. Do not waste your time with the Milton anytime
Highly recommend this location! I have been working with their personal trainer, Joy, for some time. The workouts are different every time and tailored for my specific goals. Joy does a great job motivating and teaching!

This gym is fantastic. Always kept clean, staff is helpful and always pleasant whenever I see them. Goodies are offered throughout the gym. I love the fact that I can either do my own workout or have someone train me. The training staff has helped me when I realized I was doing exercises wrong. I’ve been going here for a couple years now, and it’s brilliant. Highly recommend this gym due to friendliness, cleanliness and ability to workout whenever I want.
