First day, signed up online and nowhere does it say you need a key fob to get in. Suzanne was super rude as soon as I stepped in. I let her know today was my first day since obviously I couldn’t get in.. And she goes “and? I’m busy”Not a good first impression, I originally went to planet fitness but since in a new area I wanted to try you guys out… I’ll be cancelling. A welcoming hello would have been nice, or when she had a second inbetween clients to introduce herself.
