Beware of personal trainer payments. I have been in twice since June to cancel my trainer. Twice I have signed the papers to cancel and it still is charging me 40.00 every 2 weeks. I leave messages and text messages and no one ever calls back. I'm about ready to file a complaint with the better Business bureau.

Why it has to be only managers with the evolt scan credentials who are not here most of the days, there are other employees who are upto 7pm that can be given access to help the members. It does not makes sense.

This was my first time getting a gym membership and it was great when I had my trainer, and the time to use the gym. I haven’t used this gym but maybe twice in a year, have asked repeatedly to have it cancelled but I’m just ignored and told I had to write a cancellation letter? Isn’t that what I did when I texted the gym and asked for it to be cancelled months ago? I haven’t signed a contract, they should have cancelled my membership but instead they keep trying to charge my bank for something I haven’t used. It’s ridiculous... read more
