Great gym and amazing experience at Anytime Fitness in Haslet! In just one month I have lost 19 pounds, and it has helped me not only physically but also mentally. Exercise has reduced my stress, headaches, and facial pain from facial paralysis, and I feel much more energetic and motivated. Carmen, the trainer, is very professional, patient, and supportive. She makes sure you do every exercise correctly and safely. Highly recommend this gym. One of the best decisions I have made. Thank you Carmen for your support!

I use the personal trainer Carmen, she is wonderful and is helping me hit my goals. I haven’t had any issues with AF Haslet. The gym and equipment are clean, and the staff have been helpful and pleasant.
