I use to give this place 5 stars but not no more, they are not keeping air conditioning cool. Really makes it challenging on people with health conditions. I am grateful we have a gym but this is not how to treat people.

I am physically disabled and was up front about it and was assured I could cancel with a Dr note. This was not honored and I was forced to pay the entire membership, placing me at a hardship. I feel as if I was robbed. I will NEVER go to another anytime fitness, for any reason

There were a few pieces of equipment not working and the cleaning lady was there for a couple of hours and instead of doing one bathroom at a time she did all of them at once so No access was available to a restroom for a significant amount of time. I’m in town for an appointment and it looks like I’ll have to get ready in gas station bathroom so thanks!

This company uses terrible business practices. They make it difficult to cancel your membership. When you do cancel, they make you give a 30 day notice to cancel, so they get money from you for 30 days after you cancel. You get no notification by email or regular mail that your lease is about to be automatically renewed. I would never use this ompany again.
