Had a great time at the gym very clean and had a good variety of equipment, Jeremy was super helpful and answered any questions I had. Definitely going back

Jeremy has done a great job at creating a nice environment. Light covers have been cleaned up from all the bugs. We have gotten new items in. It’s clean, friendly and he listens to what you have to say. Most people here are nice and welcoming and kind. I would recommend to anyone looking first an affordable gym, especially if you travel a lot.

If you're serious about working out avoid this gym. Luckily there is another local gym. People walk around talking on their phones, people reserve multiple pieces of equipment even tho the place is small. I did have to sign a form about guidelines, both examples above are on the do not do list, but AF mgmt doesn't care at all. I've provided feedback multiple times to no avail.
