It’s a nice gym.. always clean and organized. Julian is a good dude and takes care of his members.
Me and my husband get trained by Eriko twice everywhere. She is absolutely amazing. Her techniques are way better than any other trainer we have had at other locations over the years. Absolutely recommend Eriko!!
Gday team. Just wanted to share my 5star review. Im training with Eriko. The woman is amazing. Her intensity to instruct and guide is 2nd to none. She is always trying to get the best out of you, and this is a great personal driver to excel and become stronger and more flexible. She is helping me with my core strength and flexibility through yoga, Trx and weight training. Its a good place to train but Eriko makes the sessions purposeful.
