They scamming members. My girl and I had one account wit both of us on the account. My girl doesn't use her membership like that so she wanted to canceled her part and I keep mines. Well, she went and talk to Mangement and they said it was canceled but they kept taking kept double the payment for almost 2 months even when she was told by Jordan the Manager that was cancel. The gym has most of thr machines I need, I improvise for the rest of my workouts. Its normally clean but frequently runs out of cleaning wipes that dry out super quick so they seem like a waste of money. Towels and disinfect would probably be cheaper and do a better job at stopping the spread of bacteria. The internet also sucks.

Tried kicking us out for something we did not do on a basis of “We knew the people breaking rules”. When I tried to call and cancel my membership they would never pick up the phone. Terrible establishment that treat their customers like idiots.

This gym has become incredibly unreliable. Classes are frequently cancelled with zero communication—no text, no call, no email—leaving paying members standing there with no explanation. We get up early, show up on time, and commit to these sessions, yet the gym can’t manage the basic responsibility of keeping members informed.
