This is a clean gym. There are a lot of machines and free weights to choose from paired with the app it keeps track of my progress. The only negative thing I can say is there is a lack of coaching I feel lost I wish there was a program for diabetics

Great equipment, updated and clean. My husband and I were visiting from out of town and staff was super friendly in getting us 2 day passes. Restrooms could be cleaned, but overall, we were very impressed with this gym.

Came to Cambridge on vacation and looked for a gym to get some workouts in. Staff was very accommodating. The gym was very nice and spacious. A lot of attachments for cable machines. Dumbbells and weights in great shape and machines were smooth. Overall a great experience!!

The Staff is great with a really friendly atmosphere. A lot of people willing to help or give advice for new people as well which is a huge thing if you fear not knowing what you are doing. Owners are super accommodating with any issues and willing to help with anything you need. The gym is kept extremely clean and machines are kept looking like brand new. Regardless if you are new or a gym rat I highly recommend Anytime Fitness in Cambridge located right by Marshalls.
