Met with Elliott this morning. He had me lift weights I didn’t think were possible. We will set a plan of action in place. Looking forward to see the results of my efforts. Very clean facility and great equipment.
Great gym, friendly staff, equipment was new and clean and had pretty everything you would need for a good workout.
