You’d think that with their stated Mon-Thurs 10 am to 7pm staffed hours they’d be bothered to pick up the phone at all so I could let them know I would rather not do the tour and cancel the trial before it even starts but no. I called 6 or 7 times throughout the course of a week and it always go to voicemail. They bother sending text messages that they never got around too responding to if you send something back and all around seems like a pain to stick with when you could just go to the plethora of gyms in the area instead... read more
Both tanning beds don't work, the gym equipment is mediocre, and the plans are expensive. Now my main complaint is don't join and try to cancel because they will lock you in contract with no cancellations. 0/10 don't recommend, horrible experience.
