Cancelled membership and even though confirmed they cancelled, have emails. They still charged me for 4 months after. The billing department says to contact the manager, the manager states to contact the billing department and both claim there is nothing they can do. I've been battling for months now trying to get this reversed. Check the Better Business Bureau for this location, this is common as two others are complaining about the exact same thing. BEWARE IF YOU SIGN UP HERE.

The management in this place is truly terrible. They lied to us and overcharged us hundreds of dollars with multiple monthly fees that we should not have When we spoke with them, they said they would make it right but never did. Now we are unable to get a hold of them after months of trying. It’s run very poorly and I would definitely stay away.

Signed up for a family membership in January that included our 4 person family. Found out later that family memberships are not even available at Anytime fitness. We inquired why we were being charged extra fees and found out that every person on the account was being charged a membership fee. Also, they told us we had a one year membership and he signed us up for a two-year membership. The gym is fine, the hours and staff is fine. But let me tell you, the cancellation process is PREDATORY and should be ILLEGAL. IT IS BAD ON PURPOSE. I spent 3 hours trying to cancel a membership since I MOVED. YOU NEED TO USE 2 DIFFERENT WEBSITES 2 DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBERS, YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER, A MYICLUB ACCOUNT, MUST GIVE 30 DAY NOTICE (SO WILL BE BILLED FOR A 1.5 MONTHS WHERE IM NOT EVEN IN THE SAME CITY) , AND THEY HAD THE BALLS TO ASK ME IF I WANT 2 MONTHS FOR FREE TO STAY WITH THE GYM. what a joke
