My HOME gym for a reason. One of the favorite parts of coming is how it’s a true community that helps you accomplish your goals no matter what they are . Staff is helpful and knowledgeable in many areas related to fitness. Would recommend to anyone in the area or not to join a true community feel !
I have held a gym membership at this location for close to 2 years and have worked out at various gyms across the country for the past 40 years. This gym has very old and outdated equipment. The machines are worn out and lack maintenance. Things as simple as replacing a battery on the machines are not done as promised. One treadmill now has caution tape around it and is completely out of services as the treads on the machine are missing. Equipment is limited making it over crowded and difficult to workout. Great aerobics class. The female instructor is very upbeat and encouraging. Equipment could use a few upgrades, but the class made up for it.
