I only have a one star because there’s no zero star. Last year joined. Wasn’t told I was signing a one year contract. Contract not sent to email or printed for me. When I left for 6 months (as a snowbird) was told I’d still have to pay. I was supposed to pay thousands to buy out my contract.

I showed up at 6 PM to sign up for a membership, well before their posted staffed hours of 7 PM and no one answered either of the listed phone numbers or the doorbell for 30 minutes. I was ready to sign up for a two-year membership today, but the lack of response completely turned me away. This is a really disappointing way to lose a potential member.

Been to several anytime facilities in Georgia and Florida. This is number 1. Fantastic placement of equipment
