Equipment is good. Can get a little dirty at times. The work envelope around machines can feel a little tight. Layout could use some work.
My favorite part of the gym is the fact the staff can answer or demonstrate anything I ask or am nervous to try. Myranda is quick to jump up whenever I’m curious or honestly just need someone to keep me company. Thank you for being a place of comfort for me
This gym has been one of the cleanest and friendliest I’ve been to in YEARS! Absolutely lovely place to work out. Equipment is ALWAYS kept up with and cleaned! The manager, Myranda is super knowledgeable and has been helpful with any and all of my questions. You can’t get this experience anywhere else!
Since Joseph took over as our trainer, we, tne Siver Sneakers group, have been introduced to multiple new ways to enhance our fitness program. He is such a good teacher, demonstrating each movement, while also explaining which muscle groups will benefit. Our workouts are never boring, with changes included each session. He encourages but never pushes. He adapts as needed to accommodate seniors' individual physical limitations.
