Since Joseph took over as our trainer, we, tne Siver Sneakers group, have been introduced to multiple new ways to enhance our fitness program. He is such a good teacher, demonstrating each movement, while also explaining which muscle groups will benefit. Our workouts are never boring, with changes included each session. Place will charge you for cancelling your membership even though you've been with them for over 5 years. Side note: A Google search will tell you that you cannot view IP addresses of Google reviews. So, if you can see them, you must be violating Google Reviews' policy standards or lying. Either way, that is not a very scrupulous business practice.

Excellent health club! Very clean and all new equipment. Recently remodeled and very nice. I go there every day and sometimes 2 or 3 times a day.

Good gym with helpful staff and trainers. Karen classes help you even if you have health issues to show you different ways to train. I enjoy the people I have met in class.

I love AF! My Coach, Karen is incredible! She keeps me motivated and focused on my fitness goals. I have also met some amazing women to push through with! Lex is also very accommodating and helpful as well. I would highly recommend Michigan Center AF!
