I signed up at the Portage location but ended up switching to Valpo when that one opened even though Portage is closer. The owner of Portage never gave me the online anytime health ID and password when I first signed up, like Valpo did. I like the TRX, battle rope, weights, and stair master at Portage, but the owner really needs to take care of the lack of ventilation in the club. It really smells heinous and leaves me sick. Minimal Gym. For $35-40/month/person you only have 10 cardio machines that are most of the time in use, extremely small free weight area, no classes. You always bump into people trying to use the limited equipment. Not worth the price.

i really like the new updated equipment. its a clean gym. i like the private showers. the staff is exceptionally friendly and nice and knowledgable. they know ur name and acknowledge you as u go in. this is the best gym ive ever gone to. thank you and the tanning is a plus. laura

Very clean and friendly club! If your looking for a club that won't be overcrowded and will assist you in your goals, I would highly recommend starting here!

I am a member at this gym . It is definitely not closed! I work with a trainer and also participate in their boot camps. They also just added virtual spinning bikes. The other review must not be speaking of Anytime Fitness in Howell.

Waxahachie's Anytime Fitness has one of the worst management I have ever encountered in my 40 years of business. Rude and take advantage of the young 18 years olds. Going into annual agreements with college kids who don't even have a job. Just poorly managed.

I have been trying to cancel my membership for 3 months and no one will return my calls and I cant get in touch with anyone at the facility. But they for dam sure take their money. Bad business..
