I had a membership for a year. I got an email letting me know that my membership will Renew and giving me an option to cancel my membership. I did cancel and got email saying that it was cancel but keep being charged the last two months. I showed up explaning that I have been charged and I already canceled it. She said that because they don’t checked emails it wasn’t cancel and to cancel you need to fill a form. Information that never was sent to me or told.
Been going here for almost a year and I cant say enough positive things about it. Jon is the most knowledgeable about working out and exercise I've ever met. Always willing to talk to you and give you the best advice to reach your goals. Gym is always clean, bathrooms have a private shower and the equipment is always in great working order.
