My membership ended in NOVEMBER and they are still taking payments out of my account weeks later!
Very bad place. I was run over by a SUV in July of 2024 and because of this and my injuries I am unable to keep my membership. However this place refused to let me cancel my membership no matter how many times I contacted them plus cannot get calls returned and they have sent billing to collection. I fully reget ever getting a membership there.
Great customer service I was just passing through and needed to get signed up real quick. Nate made it super quick and easy!
