Nice clean facility, staff is friendly. It wasn't what I was expecting. Geared towards having a personal trainer. Once they realize your not into that (or can't afford it) the introduction is over. Years ago I was a Vic Tanny member. When you signed up they went over what you wanted and if you choose circuit training, they walked you through a session showed you how to setup the machines and got you started.
