I have been a member of this gym for several years now. When you walk into this gym it is always neat and clean. The personal trainers are there during normal business hours and are willing to help each individual achieve their goals. PLUS I feel its always important to support a locally owned business
Weekend or weekday, frequently without towels. It's unreliable place to shower after workout.
Great place run by great people. Very clean and great facilities.
