I signed up to this gym years ago while out of town for work. I have been trying to cancel my membership many times now. Everytime I talk to an employee they say they will help me and cancel the membership yet I am still getting charged. Very deceptive. My last resort will have to be literally ordering a new card and closing that checking account

This place really needs some new management or something. I don't understand how so many people are paying the amount of money they are when everything here is trashed. All the cardio machines out of service, every part of the place is dirty, and it never has the items to disinfect the machines correctly. I'm not one to complain often but it's terrible.
