Great gym and when I had to cancel my membership due to a move, Alexa was incredibly helpful over the phone.
Love this Gym! I had some issues and the manager or owner called me right away to resolve them. If you have any issues let them know and they will take care of it right away. They actually care about their customers and the business and I appreciate that alot. Still number one gym in my book. Thank you guys.
Shout out to Nathaniel on his great customer service. Shame his manager was not around to share the kudos. But hoping he sees this. Always great especially in El Paso
Great location and staff. It’s always clean and if machines are inoperative they are repaired in a timely fashion. Frank at the front desk is always friendly and supportive everyday.
