I went in the other day to simply get a membership and walked out with a new family how helpful and welcoming the manager was ! The lady greeted me as soon as I walked in & and made me actually feel welcomed !! She offered ample amount of services ! Very Clean , very respectful ,very organized! Great atmosphere
Over charged after I tried to cancel my membership months ago and laughed at me over the phone, money hungry and unprofessional
Rude lady staff only nice to men and the male staff is weird
Needs more equipment, better staff, a custodian, and don’t sign the contract they are broke and need money
Really rude and sarcastic staff even when I first started
