DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE! Me and my boyfriend signed up for a month to month membership so that we can cancel anytime. When we decided to cancel it I tried calling them multiple times (NO RESPONSE) I left messages (NO RESPONSE) I went to their location no one was there ever. I finally filed a dispute through my credit card company to cancel payments. I thought everything was fine. Now here I am getting calls from a debt collector saying that I owe them money!!! Anytime fitness Tunkhannock , PA , very nice gym clean machines is all new nice atmosphere and have tanning machine and the bathrooms always clean for showering if you need too , and there is new manager but his not always there but we ask him questions he respect customers and answer what we need to know ,good luck 🍀

Impossible to get anyone from the office on the phone, or to return calls. Horrible way to run a business.

I have been calling both the studio and apparently the owner (phone number was left in review below) for MONTHS and leaving messages. I need to cancel my membership, I have moved out of the area. They do not answer, or return any calls. I have also tried contacting corporate. I continue to be charged twice a month and it is completely unfair.

I have been trying to cancel my membership for weeks now. Nobody answers the phone, nor gets back to me after leaving voicemails. I have come by numerous times and the staff are never there. Supposedly the staffed hours are 11-7, but I have yet to find any staff.
