Every morning around 4-5A.M. there is always someone parking in the disability parking without having any disability tags. Also when I go inside the gym there seems to frequently be one person taking up 3 machines (putting belongings on a machine then going elsewhere for a while then coming back then going elsewhere again). I would appreciate either new paint for the parking spots or a sign so that it's more clear to anyone parking as well as maybe some signage in the gym explaining common courtesy to others. Thank you.
