This is my most favorite gym I have ever been a member with. The staff is extremely supportive, and I really have felt like I am part of a community here. Everyone is so polite, friendly and nonjudgemental. The equipment is always clean as well as the bathrooms. Plenty of space to do your own thing and challenge yourself. Truly never too crowded. Thank you to the trainers and staff for keeping us motivated and inspired!

Joined about two months ago and it was the best gym swap I’ve done. Super friendly staff. Rarely crowded and all the equipment you’d need for a great workout. Sandy the owner is always so accommodating. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a gym they can access ANY time

I absolutely love coming to the group training classes! The trainers are extremely helpful and make class fun along with making sure you get a good workout! Everyone from other members and the staff and the owner are welcoming and friendly which made joining the gym a great experience!

I had a great experience at this gym they are kind and helpful. Joining was very easy and when I had to cancel due to moving they made it painless and didn’t make me feel guilty. I highly recommend going here if you’re looking for a low pressure welcoming gym
