I’ve had a great experience at this gym, and a big part of that comes down to the employees and the cleanliness of the facility. The staff here are consistently friendly, approachable, and professional. Great gym with amazing trainers! Shanna, Isaac, and the owner Sandy really want you to have a fabulous experience and personalize to your needs! Best gym I have ever joined. Will continue to be a life long member!

Cleanliness is something I notice a lot, and this place mostly does well. Floors are usually wiped in the morning and again in the evening. Washrooms are okay but could use more frequent checking during busy hours. Sanitizer is placed near each section, which I appreciate. I go after work and rarely find machines sweaty or left messy, which says a lot about both staff and users.

This used to be my fav AF club in the area until it wasn’t. Not a Knock on the owner/manager. It’s the members who turned me away from this club. Seeing folks use equipment not wipe it down after has been a common sight recently. Not to mention people using 95lbs dumbbells and dropping them like it’s a hot potato.

Joined about two months ago and it was the best gym swap I’ve done. Super friendly staff. Rarely crowded and all the equipment you’d need for a great workout. Sandy the owner is always so accommodating. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a gym they can access ANY time
