This used to be my fav AF club in the area until it wasn’t. Not a Knock on the owner/manager. It’s the members who turned me away from this club. Seeing folks use equipment not wipe it down after has been a common sight recently. Not to mention people using 95lbs dumbbells and dropping them like it’s a hot potato.

As soon as I walked into the door I could tell this is the gym for me. Sandy the owner met with me to show me the whole setup. I really enjoyed how friendly everyone was and how clean the gym is. Plus who wouldn’t want to meet the gym mascot Nugget.

Joined about two months ago and it was the best gym swap I’ve done. Super friendly staff. Rarely crowded and all the equipment you’d need for a great workout. Sandy the owner is always so accommodating. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a gym they can access ANY time
