This used to be my fav AF club in the area until it wasn’t. Not a Knock on the owner/manager. It’s the members who turned me away from this club. Seeing folks use equipment not wipe it down after has been a common sight recently. Not to mention people using 95lbs dumbbells and dropping them like it’s a hot potato.

Cleanliness is something I notice a lot, and this place mostly does well. Floors are usually wiped in the morning and again in the evening. Washrooms are okay but could use more frequent checking during busy hours. Sanitizer is placed near each section, which I appreciate. I go after work and rarely find machines sweaty or left messy, which says a lot about both staff and users.

This is my most favorite gym I have ever been a member with. The staff is extremely supportive, and I really have felt like I am part of a community here. Everyone is so polite, friendly and nonjudgemental. The equipment is always clean as well as the bathrooms. Plenty of space to do your own thing and challenge yourself. Truly never too crowded. Thank you to the trainers and staff for keeping us motivated and inspired!
