I have had nothing but good things to say about the Spencer gym. I started my journey in December of 2025. I have hit some good milestones in my job, like power washing a room and not get sore afterwards. My legs are stronger and so are my arms. Being 66 years old, I feel amazing.
Love this place! Moved to a new area not knowing anyone and found this place very welcoming! With the trainers I found I was able to set goals and meet them. The trainers do a good job communicating with me and doing follow ups! Would recommend this gym:)
It’s a great place with great people and some great coaches
This gym is very welcoming and great for beginners! The staff want to see you succeed and help you reach your goals! They offer body scans to track your progress and also personalized workouts that are fit to meet your goals! For people that want to learn how to better themselves and grow, anytime is a great gym environment! <3
