Walked in loyal for years, paid like clockwork, basically their favorite invisible cash cow. Decided to peace out politely. Gave the magic 30-day paper signature. One teeny card burp later—bam—membership refuses to die, keeps nibbling my wallet like a vampire on payroll. No notice, no message, no “Hey man we couldn’t charge you 1 time out of the 153 times we charged you previously”. I have been a member of Anytime Fitness for several years, but my recent attempt to cancel my membership has left me deeply frustrated and convinced that this particular location’s leadership is fundamentally misaligned with basic principles of customer service. Anytime Fitness Kissimmee is our go to gym for myself and my partner on our yearly winter visits to Central Florida. Heather and her team have never failed to give us a warm welcome. We are truly treated like family. The gym itself is well equipped and maintained. There is plenty of equipment to use. The place is kept spotlessly clean, including the restrooms and showers. I have no hesitation in reommending this gym to others, whether you are a visitor or a local resident.
