Worst customer service, nobody is ever working there. I have tried calling 5 times and have showed up to the place 7 times to cancel my membership. Going on 3 months trying to cancel. Had hidden fees charged from my account while going to anytime fitness. When I signed up, I told them I will be moving within 6 months and now they are trying to charge me extra to break my membership. I arrived at this fitness center to buy 2 annual memberships and the time was 3:02pm The sign with hours of operation stated that they closed at 3, however as I and my adult grandson were standing there looking at 2 people sitting in the office. Neither one of them offered any assistance as we stood there looking at them so with no adue, we went to my truck parked right outside by the window. Tried to cancel my membership, and after 14 calls over 25 days, times ranging between 11am and 3pm, I have yet to have a single associate answer a call

I really enjoy the gym except that it’s dead silent most of the times because the music shuts off. Maybe they fix it soon?
