10/10 good amount of niche machines and cardio equipment along with multiple free weight racks and spare bench just for press, and nice wood floor studio. Be hard press to not find the equipment or space you need to finish a workout. ( could use an assault bike tho )

A great gym if you’re looking for a quiet place to get your workout in. I went around lunchtime and it was just me and one other person—no crowds and no waiting for equipment. They’ve got a solid selection: dumbbells from 5 to 100 lbs, cable machines, weight machines, bench press, squat rack, stationary bike, a yoga room, and plenty of cardio equipment. Everything was clean and well-maintained.
