My SO tried calling this location as well as going in person multiple times to cancel their recurring payments. Their contract ended, but continued to get charged to their bank account. Corporate told her to contact the store manager, but they did not respond to calls or were on site. We ultimately had to block the payments through our bank after 3 weeks of no contact. I’ve been trying to cancel it since April/may. I’ve called, texted, gone to the place, no reply and no one there for the last 3 months. My membership renewed June 1st which I didn’t want. I’ve left voicemails too absolutely no response. I’ve still getting charged twice a month because I can’t get my membership canceled and my money is being wasted.

My membership has been up for 4 months, I have been trying to get it canceled for 2 months, they said they canceled, they didn't, i contacted abc financial and they said they can't, now none answers are returns my call. Would not recommend!
