I love that it’s open 24/7 and a very convenient location for me. Isabella helped me get set up when I first joined, and she was such a sweetheart! The gym is definitely on the smaller side but has everything I need & it’s always so clean. Definitely happy I joined. I do wish they had longer staffed hours so I could bring a friend/family member more often.

I have wanted to join a gym for over 10 years but felt too overwhelmed and insecure. I finally got the courage and I'm so glad I did. I got a nutrition and gym consultation. I also have been going to the Saturday morning group fitness class. I love it! I've made a few friends which is great for me because I'm not from here and I work from home. The trainers are amazing.
